Restaurant Review – Its Pinza

A few days ago we found ourselves at an exclusive tasting of a revolutionary food invention, that might just blow your mind. Imagine a healthy version of a pizza. We know such a thing has only been a vivid imagination in almost all our minds and wont seem to be turned into reality.. Since it’s almost too good to be true. What if you told that such a concept does exist? Well, it does!
It’s Pinza is an Italian innovation aimed primarily at home delivery that produces healthy and flavorful handcrafted goodness. The speciality of It’s Pinza is that typically pizzas use between 30 – 60 % water and a lot of yeast which causes bloating. At It’s Pinza however, the crust is made of 80% water and 20% flour making it airy and crunchy (extremely) at the same time. Not only does it taste great, but its light, easy to digest and low in calories. They use 4 different high quality flours that constitute 20% of their dough – Rice Flour, Soy Flour, Premium Wholewheat Flour and Sourdough topped with Fibre to help in digestion making it unbelievably healthy.
The dough itself is delicious, but the toppings take it up to a whole new level. Like the Pinzafied Margherita with tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, burrata and basil was a classic favorite.
We also tried the Urthie which has Tomato Sauce,Mozzarella,Caramelized Onions with Balsamic Vinegar, Potatoes and Rosemary and the El Padrino which has Fresh Tomato, Secret Spicy Tomato Sauce and garlic. All the toppings and sauces were created using the freshest ingredients and products, no wonder they tasted like heaven.
Another favorite was the Nutella Solo pinza which definitely made us love Nutella a little bit more (if that’s possible).
