Food is what connected us; it’s something that excites us and is something we are completely and unconditionally passionate about. Experimenting restaurants is something that we live for and we are so glad that we have finally launched this portal to share with you what we believe is a very fundamental aspect in our lives.

We have experimented with hundreds and hundreds of restaurants and its finally time to give you guys the inside scoop on the many experiences you could be missing out on. This blog will provide you honest reviews about restaurants all over Dubai and since we have no favorites in terms of cuisines, be prepared to come across a wide range of culturally diverse restaurants to suit all kinds of preferences.

This portal is essentially created to bring light to the people of UAE & around the world on some of the best hotels UAE has to offer. Our reviews on each stay will be comprehensive and honest; essentially hoping that through our experience, you can make an informed decision with regards to your next #Staycation

We would love to hear from you, make sure to subscribe to our blog to keep up with the latest of reviews. In any case, you could always write to us for any assistance in picking out a restaurant with a particular preference (cuisine, cost, venue, ambience, etc).

Who doesn't love a generous, wholesome and hearty serving of Butter Chicken and rice to make it through the week! πŸ“πŸ— If you (like us) love your chicken tender, juicy and full of flavor, then #DouxChicken is definitely the way to go! πŸ€— Believe us guys, we've experimented with a lot of chicken brands before, but #CookingwithDoux definitely tops the list since it delivers delicious chicken with less than 10% fat, appropriate to nutritionally balanced meals! Try it out for yourselves and thank us later 😁

Ingredients: ✏
* 1/2 cup yoghurt * 2 garlic cloves, crushed
* 3cm piece ginger, peeled, finely grated
* 2 teaspoons ground cumin
* 2 teaspoons ground coriander
* 1 teaspoon garam masala
* 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
* 1 Doux chicken , cut into pieces * 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 20g butter
* 1 brown onion, halved, thickly sliced
* 410g can tomato puree
* 1/2 cup chicken stock
* 1/2 cup thickened cream
* Basmati rice and coriander leaves, to serve

Method: πŸ”₯
Place yoghurt, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, garam masala and chilli powder in a glass or ceramic dish. Add chicken. Stir to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Heat oil and butter in a heavy-based saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or until softened. Add chicken mixture to pan. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until chicken just starts to change colour. Add tomato puree and stock. Cover. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender and mixture has thickened slightly.

Stir in cream. Simmer for a further 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve with steamed rice and coriander leaves
